Our website has been expertly designed to facilitate the letting process. Each property benefits from several high quality digital images, floor plans where available, links to precise location mapping and local information. Our listings are updated automatically throughout the day and linked to the major portals to make sure they are current and accurate.

Longer Opening Hours

We are open at times to suit you because we understand not everyone can commit to viewing arrangements during normal office hours, making it much convenient to view after work and at weekends.

Property Management

When things go wrong, it is important there is someone available to help. Even the most prestigious of properties may require maintenance on occasion, and we offer complete peace of mind with all of our managed properties. Should there be a problem, you need only pick up the phone or send an email and we'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our contractors are fully vetted, insured, experienced and on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Flexible Tenancy Leases

Although our normal minimum tenancy agreement is 6 months, we do often have properties available for shorter terms. Please contact us to register your interest.

Deposit Information

All deposits taken for properties managed by us are transferred into and protected by the Government's Deposit Protection Scheme. This gives peace of mind to our tenants and landlords alike, and is included in the price of our managed service as standard.

Please note - The £100 holding deposit taken when reserving your property is non-refundable so please make sure you are completely happy to proceed with your chosen property.
